1980 BMW 735i E23 – The fourth and final car of my life.

There are many classic American, German, and Italian cars that I dream of owning. One of those dreams came true in 2014, when I bought this incredible 1980 BMW 735i at a bargain price:

I can’t provide many specific technical details — I’m not an expert, just a dreamer:

- 3430 cc gasoline engine – 215 HP, 6 cylinders

- Top speed: 217 km/h (135 mph)

- Ultra-rare TRX wheels

A childhood dream that became reality for “just” € 3,500. At the time, in 2014, these 1980s cruisers didn’t have high market values; the real issues were spare parts and maintenance costs. The vehicle was in very good condition, except for the interior: the seat velour was completely worn out and faded.

...I sold the 735i the following year — and it was a relief!

I’m sharing a few shots with you.

Thanks for reading and see you on Sunday!
